Protein croissant, with hummus, avocado, egg and cheese
Necessary products
 
• protein croissant
• hummus
• avocado
• an egg
• cheese
 
Method of preparation:
 
1. Cut the croissant down the middle into two equal halves.
 
2. Toast it in the toaster or in the oven to make it warm and crispy and even tastier.
 
3. Spread hummus on both sides. Add avocado slices on the bottom half.
 
4. Mix the egg with grated cheese, season with salt and pepper. Cook in a pan... I'm sure you all know how to make scrambled eggs.
 
5. Put the scrambled egg with cheese on top.
 
6. Cover with the top part. If you wish, you can add a fresh salad on the side.
 
Fuel up with a perfect protein breakfast!
